During more than 25 years of working on both the client and agency side of the business, Andy has helped develop the strategic and creative direction for products in just about every aisle of the store. In addition, he has led marketing efforts in the pharmaceutical and financial industries. Andy’s ongoing passion and enthusiasm is what drives him to get results.

Prior to starting Topspin, Andy ran marketing teams at Pfizer and Keebler. As a VP at TBWA/Chiat Day Advertising, he directed the Absolut Vodka campaign that now resides in the Advertising Hall of Fame.

Andy is involved in numerous charities in the Princeton area where he lives with his wife and three children and is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

Chris started with Topspin as our print buyer and production specialist. His years of working in the printing industry gave him the adaptability of working in the ever-changing print/media environment.

Over his 10+ years with Topspin (talk about loyalty!), Chris has grown with the digital market, adding video editing, web development and design to his ever-growing skill set.

Today, Chris oversees our digital and production teams, ensuring all work produced by Topspin is locked, loaded, and mistake free.

With more than 19 years under his belt, Matt has experience with both large corporations and smaller production houses. In his previous roles, he focused on the development of materials for state and local government, pharmaceutical, and the education fields.

As our Creative Director, Matt oversees all of our creative work to ensure that only the best is served up to our clients.

Matt enjoys reading, watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Philadelphia Phillies, and the occasional round of golf. He lives in Central NJ (yes, it does exist!), with his wife, Christie; three children, Dylan, Isla, and Cameron; and four-legged buddy, Mosely.

As Account Director, Angela brings over 18 years of corporate marketing, advertising and client relations management experience to Topspin. Her career includes marketing and advertising commercial real estate and airport properties, including retail, dining, lifestyle, and fashion brand portfolios. Soon after, she made the transition to agency life where her focus was to further sharpen her marketing & advertising skills by overseeing several healthcare/pharmaceutical brands.

In her spare time, Angela spends time with her biggest inspiration, her son Alexander. She also enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Lizz is a brand identity designer with a passion for all things creative. After designing for one of the largest fitness companies on the east coast for 7 years and a digital branding agency for over 2 years, Lizz has arrived at Topspin, bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge. Whether it’s printed flyers, ads, and banners, to digital web ads, emails, and videos — there isn’t anything that Lizz can’t handle. If you can dream it, she can create it.

As our Senior Art Director, Lizz works with our creative team to ensure that our clients desired message and image is conveyed properly and creatively (and on-brand, of course!).

Lizz is an avid Philadelphia sports fan (Go Phillies and Birds!). Lizz enjoys running, powerlifting, going to the beach, and planning for the next adventure with her husband, Greg, and two kids, Christopher and Nora.

Jennifer brings over 18 years design experience to Topspin. She has creative experience across a variety of industries. In her most recent position, she lead a small team, focusing on developing sales and event collateral, while upholding brand standards and developing new brands. Jennifer is passionate about branding and continually developing her creative skills.

As our Art Director, Jennifer will work with our creative team to ensure that our clients’ creative vision is conveyed properly and at the highest standards.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, and two kids, Asher and Mackenzie. They love being active and outdoors, finding new adventures to take and spending time with their two German Shorthaired Pointers, Odin and Loki.

Katie is a design enthusiast with 18 years of experience in the creative services industry. Her background is filled with work from the consumer goods and medical device sectors, which includes packaging for large national brands. Throughout her career, her passion for design and extensive knowledge of trends and marketing principles have helped develop innovative solutions for clients to maximize their business.

As part of our creative team, Katie will help create visually engaging designs that effectively (and creatively!) convey our client’s messages.

Outside of work Katie enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, Billy, and three kids Liam, Brayden, and Grace. Katie loves to be surrounded by family, friends, and her many pets.

With over two decades of experience, Dori brings a wide range of creative and production skills to branding, packaging, and marketing communications. Her diverse background has been centered on pharma, medical devices, life sciences, and consumer goods, making her a reliable partner for projects that require both creativity and precision.

At Topspin, Dori helps ensure every project is prepared accurately, efficiently, and on brand, supporting smooth execution from concept through final production.

In her free time, Dori enjoys gardening, biking, hiking, volunteering, and performing in community theater.

Mike is an award-winning producer who has collaborated with Topspin since we opened our doors in 2002. He knows our clients and our creative sensibilities intimately, making him the ultimate teammate.

Mike heads up Concentrate, a production + postproduction studio that creates live action and animated commercials, music videos, documentaries, films, and new media content. They have produced campaigns for clients such as Chanel, Johnson & Johnson, Diesel, MTV, Chase, HSBC, and many others.

Jason and Topspin have been advancing the digital ball since 2002. He coded our very first website and hasn’t missed a pixel since.

Actually, Jason has been designing, developing, and directing award-winning interactive experiences since the late 1990s, creating work for brands like MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, TV Land, The Ritz-Carlton, and even BMW along the way. Jason was a founding partner of the NYC-based creative studio, Concentrate, serving as its creative director for six years.

In 2008, Jason formed The Roth Studio, a web design studio. Recently, Jason’s focus has been on user experience and interactivity as they relate to brand and mobile experiences.
