For the Topspin Team, our “Superbowl” event is preparing for our client’s various Sales Meetings. A major component of planning includes an item to provide to multiple divisions within an organization. We often hear from our clients, “How can we make the meeting engaging and conclude with a gift that is a tool to use in the future?” Our answer is simple: Branded SWAG.
A branded apparel item, tote, tumbler, etc. is a great way to thank the team for their efforts and offer a tool they can use in the future.
Some key things to consider in choosing a SWAG item can include:
- What is the meeting theme? The theme is the first and last impression with attendees. It creates a mindset and is often the rally cry for your goals. Try to tie a gift item with your theme in mind. Example: Branded bomber jackets were used at a recent client event with a Top Gun theme.
- What is a hidden element that attendees will not expect? Consider a gift or keynote speaker to surprise attendees. Example: Offer a signed book from a guest speaker.
- When in doubt, celebrate with Ice Cream! Consider a fun snack idea that offers branding opportunities. This is a great way to break up the day and gather the team. Example: Scream Ice Cream truck provided client sweet treat to celebrate new product launch.
